Overview: Welcome to Pacha Apparel. By using our website and purchasing our handmade products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all visitors and customers.

Online Store Terms: We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any order at our discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, suspected fraud, unauthorized reselling, or behavior that violates our community standards.

Products & Colors: Our garments are organic and hand-dyed. Natural variations in color and texture are intentional features of our process. While we strive to display colors accurately, appearance may vary based on lighting and screen settings. Every piece is unique.

Pricing & Payments: All prices are listed in USD. Pacha Apparel reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. Payments must be completed at the time of purchase through our secure checkout.

Orders & Cancellations:Orders may be cancelled prior to shipping for a 5% restocking fee. Once a shipping notification has been sent, we cannot guarantee cancellation.

 

Shipping: Ready-to-ship items typically depart within 7 business days. Domestic shipping to the contiguous US includes $100 of insurance; additional coverage can be purchased at checkout. Signature is required for all deliveries. We are not responsible for stolen packages. International customers are solely responsible for all customs fees and duties.

 

Returns & Refunds: We offer store credit for returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items in original condition. Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery, and tracking must be provided within 7 days of confirmation. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Final sale items are not eligible for return. Items returned with signs of wear (scents, stains, pet hair) will be sent back to the customer.

 

Intellectual Property: All designs, images, and content are the intellectual property of Pacha Apparel. Purchase of a garment does not transfer copyrights or ownership of our designs.

 

Care Instructions: To preserve handmade quality, we recommend hand washing in cold water with pH-neutral detergent and drying out of direct sunlight. While gentle machine cycles are possible, Pacha Apparel is not liable for damage resulting from machine washing or improper handling.

 

Alterations & Defects: If an item arrives defective, please contact us immediately. Voluntary alterations, mending, or over-dyeing services are available on a case-by-case basis for a fee.

 

Limitation of Liability: Pacha Apparel is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they are with the carrier. In such cases, we will assist you in filing a claim with USPS to receive an insurance payout.

 

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be handled within this jurisdiction.

 

Changes to These Terms: We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted directly to this page.
