At Pacha Apparel, we celebrate the beauty of slow fashion. Each garment is handcrafted from organic materials and hand-dyed in small batches, making every piece one-of-a-kind. Because our clothing is artisanal in nature, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your boutique purchase while respecting the unique time and care invested by our makers.

Returns & Eligibility

I take pride in my creations and want you to love every piece that you purchase. I will accept returns for store credit on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged pieces in their original condition within 7 days of delivery date for store credit. You will then need to provide tracking for the item within 7 days of return confirmation. Shipping will be your responsibility, and store credit will not include shipping charges.Each piece is described in detail including size to the best of my ability, but I understand that all bodies are different, and pieces may not suit your specific body. If you are not satisfied with the fit, please reach out via email to initiate a return or to discuss alteration options.Please note that final sale items or otherwise stated items are not eligible for returns. If an item is returned with obvious signs of wear or use, including but not limited to scents, stains, pet fur, smoke, etc., the item will not be accepted and will be returned to you.You can cancel your order before shipping for a 5% restocking fee. If you have already received a shipping notification, then cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
