Shipping Policy
Store Guidelines
Order Processing: Ready-to-ship items are processed within 7 business days. Once your package is on its way, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking information. To ensure security, signatures are required for all deliveries.
Cancellations: You may cancel your order before it ships for a 5% restocking fee. Once a shipping notification has been sent, we can no longer guarantee cancellation. Please reach out to us immediately if you need to cancel an order before it is processed by our team.
Shipping and Insurance Info
Domestic shipping to the contiguous US includes $100 of insurance automatically. For full coverage, you have the option to add additional insurance at checkout to cover the total value of your order.
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order is lost or damaged during transit, we will file a claim with USPS. You will receive the specific claim details and the insurance payout directly. Please note that Pacha Apparel cannot provide direct refunds for packages lost or damaged by the carrier. Additionally, we are unable to offer refunds for packages marked as stolen after delivery.
Address Updates and Customs
Address Changes: Please verify your address at checkout. If you need to make a change, email us with your order number, name, and the new address. We help whenever possible before shipping.
International Orders: Customers are responsible for all customs fees.
