The Hyacinth Handkerchief Skirt is a double tiered handkerchief skirt with rolled hem edge. It is made of a really special US grown and milled 100% Organic cotton interlock fabric for the body and the signiture medium weight organic hemp and organic cotton stretch jersey blend for the waist band. Each Handkerchief skirt is completely unique in color and cut and was a fun way to use this fabric.
