Brooke Dress/Tunic - REFRESH- SMALL

The Brooke Dress is a cross between and empire waist dress and an A-line dress and is made of the signature medium weight organic hemp and organic cotton stretch jersey blend for the bodice and lightweight organic hemp and organic cotton jersey - non stretch- for the body. is a REFRESH design which means that it has been previously worn or in this case tried on, but is still in good condition with much life left. It has been overdyed and the seams have been reinforced if and where needed. This specific dress was intended to be a Brooke Leo but the customer provided the wrong measurements. It was never actually worn and I removed the leotard part, overdyed the dress and refreshed some of the seams. It has a small cut on the fabric near the left armstyce that has been covered with a heartshaped patch and will not affect wear or longevity at all. Because it was originally intended to be a Brooke Leo is is rather short and would be a long dress shirt/tunic or a very short dress on a very petite person. Please note that this dress has a majority of seams sewn with fully organic cotton thread for the serging and cover stitching. I have since transitioned to mixed thread for extra durability so if after purchasing this set you find any thread breakage I am happy to fix them free of charge. Generally the threads do just fine but in some cases of heavy wear or certain areas they may break. This usually only happens on stretch pieces in high stress areas. I have had many pieces for years that used this thread.
